Kit introduction

Traditional methods to detect foodborne bacteria often rely on culture media which followed by isolation, biomedical identification, and traditional serological test using polyvalent or monovalent antisera. The DR. Food-10TM kit provides a rapid method for identifying the foodborne bacterium including Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Yersinia enterocolitica, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium spp. (C. perfringens and C. butulinum), Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp.,Campylobacter spp. and Vibriospp within 5 hours.

Due to high specificity and sensitivity, DR. Food-10TMKit is appropriate for high-throughput screening.
