DR. Chip Microorganism IVD Kit

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infections had become more popular in the world especially in AIDS and chronic respiratory disease patients. Diseases caused by NTM are hard to distinguish from tuberculosis and many NTM strains are resistant to first-line antituberculosis drugs.Routine methods for drug susceptibility test are slow, expensive and rarely available in resource-limited settings. It often takes several weeks to produce a result, delays the institution of effective treatment, thereby increasing the risk .

The DR Microorganism IVD kit provides an easier production process and lower material cost which could not only identify MTBC and 17 NTM but also detect the rifampicin resistance.

Tartets
